The Congress Park neighborhood, once a component of Capital Heights, is a peaceful, tree-lined oasis bisected by stately avenues.

Once a barren hill east of the growing city of Denver, Hilltop was discovered in the 1940's and became one of Denver's most elite neighborhoods.  Offering a wide array of architectural styles, the area is once again a popular suburb.

City Park references both the 300+ acre park and the neighborhood that surrounds it.  City Park houses the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Ferril Lake, and the City Park Golf Course.

Denver real estate in the Park Hill area is located in the northeastern quadrant of Denver. It is bordered by Colorado Boulevard on the west, East Colfax Avenue on the south, Quebec Street on the east, and East 52nd Avenue on the north.
